Flight of a kite

Light & colorful
Riding current high
I am seen flying in the sky
Proud to be a kite

Control is in hands not mine
How high and how long He decides
Ever thankful for a flight
Prayers are for landing fine
When it is time

I take a bow sir!!

This is a masterpiece of philosophy I think. Talking "faith" and "trust" through a kite's perspective? I have no words, Harshadji. Wonderful!!

You've captured the magical feeling of flying a kite; who hasn't imagined what it feels like to actually zip up the whistling string and be the kite!

This is the way I feel for sure about kites, Harshad. Wonderfully told.

I love the allegory, the story of life in God's hands. We pray and trust in Him for a nice flight and a happy safe landing.
